Who We Are

Owners Neal and Cyndi Thompson offer HMI customers the perfect combination of experience in Florida landscaping and property management.

Neal Thompson is a Florida native who worked with three large landscape manangment companies in the Cental Florida area after he completed his studies  in horticulture. After years of doing things "their way" he felt he could take customer service to the next level by  being personally involved with customers on a daily basis as an owner.  In 1994 the dream began and to this this day he is involved daily with customers, ensuring the quality promised is the quality recieved. Our dream is nothing more than that.  As a company ,we strive to exceed your expectations. 

Cyndi Gardner-Thompson worked for many years as a property manager in the Tampa Bay area  and truly understands the expectations managers and owners have in their landscapers.
